A webpage for documenting my investment research.

I follow an contrarian and interdisciplinary approach to value investing.

I use marketing management and strategy along with valuation fundamentals to spot overlooked and/or mispriced investments.

The single most important decision in evaluating a business is pricing power. If you’ve got the power to raise prices without losing business to a competitor, you’ve got a very good business

Warren Buffett

Pricing power is often a result of strong brand equity, moats and/or lack of competition. All elements, fundamental in marketing management and strategy.

I have through my years of research and studies, build a skill set to evaluate companies that are more specialised towards marketing strategy. Specifically; brand management, customer experiences and digital age marketing.

Understanding these areas, I get a stronger understanding of the underlying business and thus what drives margins, revenue and free cash flow.

My marketing profile, is supported by electives in accounting, value chain management, corporate finance and economics.
